Fully modified
I just finished getting a Maxtor 250GB UltraATA drive installed in my new fully modified xbox. Yes, including all the soldering and stuff required for the Team Xecuter Xecuter 2.6 CE 1MB Bios mod. And I got all the goodies/applications/emulators installed. Should be set for a while!

Comments:
Notice the missing spots for the DRAM? I'm going to try to solder in 4 chips (2 on top and 2 on bottom) to double the 64MB of DDR memory on this bad boy (will only help XBMC video play back and possibly some of the Nintendo 64 emulator). I just need to get some time to pull the motherboard again.
Put 4 more 32Mbx32 Samsung chips (2 on front and 2 on back) on the motherboard and tried to boot. Dead. Powers up, and immediately shuts down. Did 2 boards, actually, and one works just fine and recognizes all 128MB. Sigh...now have to figure out what to do with this one.
Pulled the 4 chips off the dead motherboard, and put 4 different ones on. That seemed to do the trick, as it is now working just fine. I'm still working through if it really helps too many things. Mameox uses virutal memory pretty well now, so it can do a pretty good job playing most of the roms.
